The Spring Hill Fire Department is reviewing its operations and wants residents to weigh in.

The department has partnered with the University of Tennessee Municipal Technical Advisory Service, or UT MTAS, on what it calls a comprehensive operational and organizational review, according to a city announcement. A community survey is open, and the department says resident input is critical to the process.

The announcement did not detail specific areas under examination or name a deadline for responses.

The review comes as the department continues to grow alongside the city. The department's newest facility, Fire Station No. 4, opened Nov. 21, 2025, at Buckner Lane and Duplex Road, according to a city social media post.

Residents can access the survey through the city's website at springhilltn.org.
