Four Spring Hill food establishments earned perfect 100 scores in the latest round of Maury County health inspections.
Five Guys at 1092 Crossings Circle, Fozzy's Bar at 150 Stephen P. Yokich Parkway, Frankies Pizza and Grill at 100 Kedron Parkway and Green Pastures Coffee at 1715 Carlyon Court all scored 100 during inspections conducted Oct. 9–12, according to Maury County Source. Fozzy's restaurant, inspected separately from its bar on Oct. 9, scored 99.
Frankies Pizza and Grill's perfect score came on a follow-up inspection Oct. 12. The prior score that triggered the follow-up was not listed.
Moe's Southwest Grill at 1001 Crossings Boulevard scored 95, and The Brunch Collective at 5323 Main Street scored 94. Both were inspected Oct. 9. Specific violations for those two establishments were not detailed in the report.
Best Western Spring Hill Inn and Suites at 104 Kedron Parkway scored 95 on a hotel inspection Oct. 6. Olive Branch Beauty, a tattoo studio at 304B Daxton Place, earned a perfect 100 on Oct. 8.
The scores cover the inspection period of Oct. 6–21, 2026, as reported by Michael Carpenter of Maury County Source. Tennessee Department of Health environmental specialists inspect every food and beverage establishment at least twice a year, according to the department.
Countywide lows
The lowest score in the county during this period went to Santa Fe Diner in Santa Fe, which scored 87 on Oct. 12. Maury County Source reported the inspector cited seven violations there, including moldy cheese sauce with no date label and 10 pounds of embargoed food.
DB's Restaurant in Columbia scored 90 on Oct. 15. The inspector cited eight violations, including an employee who entered through the kitchen's back door and began working pizza dough without washing hands.
